Dog parks in the works--Mid county

This page offers community reports on news, events, and developments from municipalities actively exploring and advocating for the creation of off-leash recreation areas in their neighborhoods.

Mid county communities include:

Brentwood

CONTACT YOUR CITY REPRESENTATIVE - YOUR ALDERPERSON - and let them know that you are in favor of a dog park in Brentwood. They NEED to know how many residents are in favor!

  • E-mail the Brentwood Community Coordinator, Barbara Hughes, to get your name on the “master” list of residents that support creation of a dog park, and
  • MOST IMPORTANTLY, contact your Alderman - now and frequently - so that they will know that this IS something the RESIDENTS of Brentwood want.

If you do not know who your Alderperson is, contact Brentwood City Hall, 962-4800, or look on the Brentwood website for Boards, Agendas, and Minutes
